The registration period will run from March 10 to April 12, 2025 at the Central Plaza, and will be open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Request an Accounting Referral Slip
Visit the Green & White (G&W) booth at the Central Plaza and ask a G&W staffer for an Accounting Referral slip.

Pay the Yearbook Fees
Present the Referral Slip at the DLSU Accounting Office and pay the required fees. Keep your receipt as you will need it for yearbook claiming.

Claim and Complete the Registration Kit
Return to the G&W booth and request a registration kit. Fill out all slips and agreement forms, then submit them along with a copy of the official receipt (yellow slip) for verification.

Fill Out the Online Forms
Once your registration kit has been verified, access the online forms provided by the staff at the booth and enter all the necessary information.

Approach a Green & White staff member to confirm that your online registration details have been successfully submitted.

Payments are made to the Accounting Office. Late payments will incur a fee of P400. All receipts must be kept until the yearbook is received.

Bona fide De La Salle University – Manila and Laguna Campus students may subscribe for the 2024-2025 yearbook:
Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate (GS) students with six (6) terms or less
AY 2024-2025 Graduates
AY 2022-2023 and AY 2023-2024 Graduates who did not subscribe to Green & White 2023 and 2024
If you are an UG or GS student who has not subscribed yet and is anticipated to graduate on the 202nd, 203rd, 204th, or the 205th Commencement Exercises, this is the most optimal time to subscribe!
Do I need to finalize my Application to Graduate before subscribing to G&W 2025?

No need! You may subscribe to G&W 2025 as long as you anticipate to graduate within 6 terms or less.
Can I change my chosen package?
Can I change my chosen package?
Once you have paid for your package, you cannot make any changes. You may only change your package before paying. Our staff at the booth will first verify your chosen package prior to giving you your referral slip.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be made as paid packages are considered final. If you paid for the wrong package, kindly visit our booth so that we may help you.

I am a scholar. Are there any discounts for the yearbook packages?
Yes, scholars may avail of Package D. To avail this, scholars must present a copy of their OAS Certificate as proof.
Can I share one yearbook with a relative?
Can I share one yearbook with a relative?
Yes, but this is only applicable to immediate family members (e.g. siblings, parents). Please also note that the maximum number of siblings shall be limited to four (4). Subscribers who will avail of a yearbook with a relative shall be eligible for a Php 2,000.00 discount from the total price of the yearbook packages they purchase. However, relatives must present a copy of their Birth Certificate as proof and acquire a sibling form at the booth.

You will be expected to pay accordingly, participate in your respective Graduation photoshoot, submit a Write-up, and verify your details online.

All forms in the registration kit must be completed and submitted together with the official receipt for the registration to be valid. Write-ups will have a separate deadline, while further instructions for the graduation portraits will be released to the subscribers as the timeline progresses.

The photoshoots are anticipated to happen in May 2025 within DLSU - Manila Campus premises. More details will be shared accordingly.
Will pictorial rescheduling be allowed?
Will pictorial rescheduling be allowed?
Yes, it will be allowed once but only for valid reasons including, but not limited to, academic reasons, medical reasons, job interviews, and such. An endorsement form must be submitted for the approval of the Executive Board. Invalid reasons will incur a rescheduling fee of Php 400.00.
Can we bring our own personalized props for creative shots?

Yes, however, props that are considered not safe for work or violent are not allowed.

Unfortunately, individual photo submissions will not be accepted due to our contract with the distributor. Moreover, the possibility of variations in file formats, resolutions, lighting, and makeup styles will compromise the overall quality and visual coherence of the yearbook photos.

Green & White Yearbooks and Photoshoots are a package deal and cannot be availed separately.
Can we opt out of the hair and make-up services and pay a lower price for the package?
Can we opt out of the hair and make-up services and pay a lower price for the package?
You may choose not to avail of the hair and make-up, however, the price of the package will remain the same. Rest assured that the photo agency hires professional make-up artists whom you can show your pegs and give instructions to, so you can achieve the effect you want!
